Here at Abstract Flo mental health is the forefront of many decisions and life's ups and downs we have experienced. Art is a way of enabling ourselves to be distracted from a negative thought spiral and help manage the depression or anxiety that may be holding us back from living our full potential. Courses and art workshops at abstract flo are designed to be done with very limited knowledge and can be completed in the comfort of your own bed if you are having a bad day.

Abstract Flo uses practices for a range of mental health illnesses such as anxiety, depression, dementia and Alzheimer's and many more. Art has been used for centuries as a way of communicating what we cannot say in words, this is often relatable for illnesses in mental health and a powerful first step to managing your conditions.
